Lead Visual Communications Specialist

The primary role of this position is to craft visually appealing designs that enhance our events through collaboration with the Lido Consulting team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop event design concepts that effectively convey messaging and intent across print, digital, and on-site marketing channels.
  • Refine brand guidelines for events, ensuring consistency in visual identity.
  • Design high-quality visual assets for events, including print materials (flyers, pamphlets, magazine spreads), digital content (email, LinkedIn), and on-site displays (posters, banners).
  • Optimize all designs for use on digital and mobile platforms, including websites, social media, paid media, and email marketing.
  • Maintain Wix websites & Cvent event websites, ensuring up-to-date content and functioning links.
  • Redesign Wix website to elevate online presence, improve navigation, and meet ADA requirements.
  • Requirements:
  • Experience working in graphic design, preferably in-house at an Events and/or Financial Services company.
  • Understanding of basic design principles (color wheel, balance, contrast, readability, ADA compliance, brand guidelines & color palette) required.
  • Experience formatting materials for print (crop marks, bleed, etc.) designing Websites and Landing Pages highly preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Working knowledge of Constant Contact, Wix, Cvent Events Platform, On24, Canva highly preferred.
  • Willingness to work on a Fixed Night Shift and flexible work arrangement (work from home). Consideration will be given for remote work arrangement once feasible.
