AppSheet Technical Support Expert

Are you a skilled problem solver with expertise in low-code and no-code platforms? We are seeking an AppSheet Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

As an AppSheet Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance, maintenance, and support to clients' AppSheet-based applications. You will collaborate with developers and end-users to ensure optimal performance, data accuracy, and usability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing AppSheet applications
  • Support end-users with technical issues related to AppSheet and Google Sheets integration
  • Provide recommendations for improvements and automation
  • Assist in deploying updates, testing new features, and ensuring data reliability
  • Document issues, resolutions, and changes in workflows
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to understand requirements and deliver effective support

Qualifications:

Proven experience in AppSheet development and technical support is essential. Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and data structure logic is also required. Additionally, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and meet deadlines are key qualifications for this role.
