UI/UX Designer Position

We're seeking a skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team with opportunities for growth and learning.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the user experience and visual identity of our products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for our AI-driven platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teams to understand user requirements and translate them into impactful designs.
  • Design and prototype user interfaces for web applications, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and product goals.
  • Conduct UX research and usability testing to gather feedback and inform design decisions.
  • Conceptualize and create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Optimize designs for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance wherever possible.
  • Stay up-to-date with UI/UX design trends and best practices, especially utilizing AI to improve the product.
  • Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or related field.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing web design projects, including user research and an understanding of design processes.
  • Proficiency in using Figma and managing design systems.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) to communicate effectively with developers.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
  • Experience using AI apps/tools to create or communicate ideas, wireframes, designs, and prototypes.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience designing SaaS platforms or enterprise applications.
  • Experience with designing visuals like graphs, tools, or dashboards for developers and technical users.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms or Kubernetes.
