Creative Director - Interior Design

Drake International Philippines is a leading provider of visual content creation services, and we are currently seeking an experienced Interior Design Manager (Creative) to join our team in Pasay City.

• Design Coordination: Provide coordination, review, and monitoring of deliverables by external interior design consultants.
• Project Management: Coordinate with project development groups and other departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Document Review: Review documents such as inter-office memos, ID recommendations, initial ID layouts, notice to proceed, letter of award, and consultant progress billings.
• Quality Control: Review interior design deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
• Accreditation and Contract Management: Review accreditations, contracts, and billings of external ID consultants.
• Timeliness Management: Manage ID consultant timeliness in providing design deliverables.
• Standardization Efforts: Participate in interior design standardization efforts.

• Licenses: A licensed interior designer.
• Experience: More than 4 years of experience in project and design management.
• People Management: At least 1 year of people management experience handling more than 1 staff.
• Skills: Well-versed in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
• Proficiency: Proficient in design management, plan review, and coordination with third-party vendors.
• Language Skills: Well-versed in English and Filipino.
• Work Location: Willing to work onsite in MOA, Pasay City.
