Investment Banking Associate Role

This is a senior associate position in investment banking, responsible for executing deals across M&A and capital markets. The ideal candidate will possess entrepreneurial spirit, strong technical skills in financial modeling, and the ability to adapt quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to gain valuable insights into niche subject areas.
  • Develop complex financial models and valuation analyses to support transaction structuring and LBO modeling.
  • Create high-quality client-facing materials for M&A and capital markets transactions, including strategic presentations and confidential information memorandums.
  • Work closely with senior team members and clients to execute transactions and assess strategic alternatives.
  • Ensure seamless transaction workflows and deliverables of high quality.
  • Contribute actively to firm-building initiatives and recruiting efforts.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in investment banking or comparable roles (top-tier consulting or sell-side equity research considered).
  • Strong academic credentials preferred.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and financial modeling.
  • Ability to adapt and find creative solutions to aid efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills and professional presence.
