Job Opportunity

This role is responsible for ensuring the corporate Dynamics environments are optimized, efficient, and user-friendly. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Dynamics platform owner to identify best methods of supporting business process goals with technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather in-depth technical and business process knowledge to understand and represent the business platforms.
  • Participate in business requirements gathering conversations and translate business needs into technical plans and designs.
  • Proactively work with other teams to support existing and new business application needs.
  • Contribute to ongoing creation and maintenance of documentation, departmental technical procedures, and user guides on business processes and applications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Deep technical knowledge of corporate Dynamics environments and ancillary systems that interact with Dynamics.
  • A minimum of 2-5+ years' experience implementing, configuring, and/or customizing Microsoft's Dynamics with large/enterprise companies.
  • 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Dataverse and the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
