Senior Brand Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the launch of a luxury wellness retreat in Indonesia. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to take full ownership of the marketing journey, working closely with the founder to shape the strategy, create systems, and drive results.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in real estate marketing, preferably with a background in off-plan villa sales, resorts, or luxury properties. Their key responsibilities will include developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy, generating qualified leads, building a strong social media presence, creating content calendars, and setting up paid campaigns.
To succeed in this role, the Marketing Manager must possess a strong background in digital marketing strategy, including social media, ads, funnels, and websites. They should also be familiar with key marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, scheduling apps, and website builders. Excellent English communication and copywriting skills are essential, as well as a creative eye for branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space.
The recruitment process involves an initial interview with the HR/Recruiter followed by a final interview with the client. This role is fully remote, with flexible working hours depending on the candidate's experience.
