Marketing and Social Media Role

About the Job:

We're seeking a highly skilled marketing professional to lead our social media presence and influencer marketing program. The ideal candidate will have experience managing brand social media and creating compelling content that grows audience and increases engagement.

The role involves owning strategy and execution across multiple platforms, developing and managing a rolling content calendar, concepting and writing content, engaging with aligned brands and creators, tracking performance and reporting regularly, and continuously surfacing new ideas.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Owning strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other organic channels
  • Developing and managing a rolling content calendar that supports brand and business priorities
  • Concepting and writing content, including short-form video and original graphics
  • Engaging with aligned brands and creators to build community and grow followers
  • Tracking performance and reporting regularly, using insights to inform what's next

Influencer Marketing:

  • Identifying and engaging influencers and creators aligned with our brand and mission
  • Negotiating mutually beneficial terms for product seeding and paid collaborations
  • Managing influencer partnerships end-to-end: outreach, contracting, briefing, asset review, and performance tracking

Requirements:

  • 4-6+ years of experience managing brand social media and influencer programs
  • Demonstrated ability to create compelling short-form video content
  • Strong video editing and graphic design skills
  • Proven track record of growing followers and engagement across platforms
  • Deep understanding of platform best practices, content formats, and audience behavior

  • Consistently producing high-performing content that grows audience and increases engagement
  • Balancing strategic thinking with strong execution, moving quickly without sacrificing quality
  • Testing, learning, and iterating based on performance data, bringing new ideas forward and evolving what works
