Job Title: Facility Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delegate cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members, ensuring that all areas of the facility are kept clean and well-maintained.
  • Conduct regular maintenance inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Monitor the interior and exterior of the building to ensure that it is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement project budgets and timeframes, ensuring that all maintenance and repair work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures, ensuring that the facility is a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Support maintenance and installation work as needed, working closely with contractors and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • At least five years of relevant maintenance experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Adept at planning and executing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail and ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Knowledgeable about layout and working drawing analysis, with the ability to remotely manage construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of EHS issues and regulatory frameworks, with the ability to provide guidance and advice to facility management.
  • Ability to travel, with a valid passport.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
