Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Medical Technologist to join our team at Inter-Medical Unified Systems, Inc. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate test results for patient diagnosis and treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Laboratory Testing: Ensure timely and accurate test results for patient diagnosis and treatment.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Maintain and enforce quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor laboratory inventory and ensure the proper storage of reagents and specimens.

Leadership & Training

  • Supervise and mentor junior medical technologists and laboratory technicians.
  • Assist in performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of laboratory results, procedures, and equipment maintenance.
  • Prepare reports for laboratory management and healthcare providers.
  • Participate in research, validation studies, and continuous laboratory improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field.
  • Licensed Medical Technologist (RMT); certifications (e.g., ASCP) are a plus.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a clinical lab; prior leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong technical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
