Job Summary

This role involves developing and executing comprehensive test strategies, planning, designing and implementing manual and automated test tools and methodologies. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software testing, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute test plans, including both manual and automated testing.
  • Develop scalable and reliable automated tests and frameworks.
  • Contribute to implementing repeatable automated tests during sprints to ensure quality and reduce test execution time.
  • Plan and coordinate testing efforts with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure all assigned testing deliverables are met within the sprint and product release timeline.
  • Communicate test results and insights to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of software testing experience.
  • At least 3 years of automation testing experience.
  • Experience in both manual and automated testing, including planning, test case design, test reporting, defect tracking, estimating and test coverage.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
