Job DescriptionJob Objective:
The Territory Business Manager plays a pivotal role in generating and cultivating an increasing loyal customer base for PFC products through active selling with dealers and distributors, translating to continuous growth in market share within a designated territory.
This position also oversees the collection of payments from customers, ensuring that accounts do not go beyond agreed credit terms.
Key Responsibilities- Develops and implements a Territory Sales and Marketing plan that includes market analysis, projected sales growth, and competitor information.
- Assists the National Sales Manager in business planning and recommends potential market areas in the designated territory.
- Undertakes regular market studies on product price, competitor promotional activities, product placement, distribution network, and logistical support.
- Ensures efficient collection from dealers/distributors' accounts by conducting regular collection visits.
- Provides assistance to distributors in building their business through developing sales strategies and linking with sub-dealers and end-users (bakeries).
- Recruits and trains sales personnel for dealers/distributors to ensure effective sales execution.
- Works closely with distributors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Establishes strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business results.
