Implementation Consultant

The role of an Implementation Specialist at a leading real estate company involves leading individual brokerages in the implementation and onboarding of back office products tailored to their needs.

This is a strategic position that requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of back office processes in the real estate industry and be adept at managing complex technical scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess clients' current business needs and workflows prior to project kickoff, making consultative recommendations on how they should use the BoldTrail BackOffice platform.
  • Develop and manage customized implementation plans for each client.
  • Assist clients with system configuration, handling complex scenarios directly.
  • Deliver product training sessions via phone and web conference software to ensure high adoption of the product.
  • Communicate implementation progress with internal stakeholders and the customer.
  • De-escalate client concerns by identifying and implementing technical solutions, facilitating issue resolution to retain clients.
  • Partner with a team of Implementation Specialists to improve and scale internal processes, recommending adjustments to the client journey that enhance overall experience and adoption of the BoldTrail BackOffice product suite.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in developing client relationships quickly is required.
  • Exceptional communication skills evident in email and phone presence are required.
  • Relentless attention to detail and follow through are required.
  • Proven history of conflict resolution with both internal teams and client issues is required.
  • Experience managing complex technical scenarios is required.
  • Experience using Salesforce is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communication or related field is preferred.
  • 2 years+ of client-facing Project Management experience at a SaaS based business is preferred.
  • Understanding of the Real Estate Industry is a plus.

This is a full-time remote position requiring a stable internet connection (150 Mbps or Higher) and a professional home office setup.
