Job Title: Corporate Legal Counsel

Circa Logica Group is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Legal Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for providing strategic legal advice and guidance on all aspects of corporate law, with a focus on property and real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal advice on property and real estate transactions, including land registration, transfer of rights, and mediation.
  • Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and contract negotiations.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and court proceedings.
  • Manage and supervise legal projects, including contract execution and performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, such as the DENR, BIR, and LGUs.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 years of working experience with expertise in Property, Real Estate, or Commercial Law.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of corporate governance and compliance.
  • Bar admission in the Philippines.
