Project Overview

As a seasoned Project Manager at Megabon Construction & Development Corporation, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of construction projects from start to finish. Your primary objective will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop comprehensive project plans, including deliverables, requirements, and timelines, to ensure seamless project execution.
2. Execute project activities, prioritizing safety, quality standards, and budget constraints, while ensuring adherence to schedule.
3. Review and finalize construction drawings and material specifications prior to project execution.
4. Facilitate kick-off meetings with internal and external stakeholders to discuss project scope, timeline, and deliverables.
5. Coordinate safety orientations with building administration prior to project mobilization.
6. Implement day-to-day operations, targeting scope of work, deliverables, and quality of work on all trades.
7. Prepare and monitor material requests and deliverables to ensure timely project completion.

Reporting and Communication

1. Prepare detailed reports updating head office on project status, issues, and proposed resolutions.
2. Facilitate weekly project meetings with vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.
3. Prepare minutes of meetings (MOM) to ensure all discussions are documented.
4. Prepare certificates of completion (COC) and milestone certificates to track project progress and billings.

Stakeholder Management and Collaboration

1. Foster meaningful relationships with relevant authorities, stakeholders, and departments to ensure project success.
2. Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to meet project deadlines and requirements.

Resource Management and Control

1. Manage and oversee the commitments of administrative staff and subcontractors to ensure project success.
2. Monitor and control project performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.

Project Close-out and Documentation

1. Oversee project close-out procedures, including turnover and documentation preparation.
2. Maintain all relevant project documentation, organizational charts, and reports.
3. Maintain test results of engineering works and other scope-related testing and commissioning.
4. Prepare operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals and collate as-built documents for submission to clients and recording.

Requirements

Educational background: Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam)
Work experience: At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required
Preferably Supervisor / 3 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Architecture/ Interior Design/ Civil Engineering
With at least 3 years of experience in handling FIT OUT projects on site
With working experience in Modular Cabinet
