Job Title:

This individual serves as the first point of contact for employee tickets and collaborates across departments to ensure timely resolution.

This position requires someone who can balance independence with collaboration and navigate complex compliance issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Ticket Management: Monitor and manage compliance-related tickets; engage with employees and document cases from intake to resolution.
  • Compliance Triage & Escalation: Evaluate each issue, route and escalate cases to relevant departments, and maintain clear intake logs.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders to validate information and seek subject-matter input.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Must-Have Skills & Experience: 3+ years in HR operations, compliance support, or case management; familiarity with U.S. or Canadian compliance topics; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting North American teams from an offshore/remote environment; comfortable collaborating across time zones.
Essential Skills:
  • Familiarity with U.S. or Canadian compliance topics (e.g., employment classification, wage & hour rules, health & safety).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven critical thinker with a proactive approach.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar systems.
