Senior Business Intelligence Developer

We are seeking an accomplished Data Insights Specialist to join our data team.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and maintain analytics-ready datasets to power business intelligence dashboards and reports.
- Develop optimized SQL queries for data cleaning, transformation, and metric development.
- Create scalable data models (e.g., star schemas, snowflake schemas).
- Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and business teams to translate requirements into data solutions.
- Partner with data engineers to ensure pipelines are reliable and high-performing.
- Build and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports using Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Ensure data quality through testing, documentation, and version control.
- Support data governance with structured data definitions and clear documentation.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Data Insights Specialist.
- Proficiency in SQL for complex data transformations and calculations.
- Experience building analytics-ready tables and datasets for reporting.
- Solid understanding of data modeling concepts such as star schema.
- Experience with Looker or similar business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional data teams.
- Familiarity with data governance best practices.
- Knowledge of advanced business intelligence features and custom visualizations.
