About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily banking, end-to-end accounts payable responsibilities for the travel account, liaising with external vendors and internal stakeholders on invoice issues, approvals, and payment status, and setting up new vendors.

The role also involves performing creditor account reconciliations, preparing payment lists, bank file uploads, and obtaining approvals from the finance manager and CFO. Additionally, you will liaise with suppliers on payment dates via email in collaboration with the shared service team members and reconcile creditor statements.

As a key member of our finance team, you will work closely with the finance manager and broader finance team on ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

What You'll Be Doing
  1. Manage daily banking activities

  3. Liaise with external vendors and internal stakeholders on invoice issues, approvals, and payment status
