Key Role: Sustainability Content Strategist

The ideal candidate will lead the development of content strategies that position clients as thought leaders in sustainability and technology. This entails creating engaging, informative content for LinkedIn and other digital channels to elevate client brands.

Sustainability Content Strategy Role Overview:

  • Develop compelling content strategies centered around LinkedIn and Sustainability communications for B2B technology clients.
  • Create and manage detailed content calendars aligned with marketing objectives, product launches, and ESG milestones.
  • Lead the creation of thought leadership and campaign content, including whitepapers, blog articles, executive posts, ESG reports, infographics, and web copy.
  • Collaborate closely with ESG, product, and marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment with sustainability frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD.
  • Effectively translate complex technical and environmental topics into accessible, engaging content for enterprise decision-makers.
  • Analyze content performance on LinkedIn and across digital channels, refining strategies based on engagement and conversion metrics.
  • Ensure all messaging supports brand positioning, compliance, and communication best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in content strategy roles with a proven track record in B2B tech and sustainability communications.
  • Strong background in developing and managing LinkedIn content strategies for corporate or executive brands.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, capable of simplifying complex ESG or technical topics.
  • Familiarity with sustainability disclosure standards and enterprise communications.
  • Proficiency in content planning tools, SEO, analytics platforms, and digital storytelling.
  • Collaborative, strategic thinker comfortable working across teams and time zones.
