Security Inspector

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Security Inspector to oversee security personnel, ensure compliance with security policies, and conduct inspections to maintain high standards of security at client locations.

• Conduct regular inspections of security personnel to ensure proper conduct, uniform compliance, and adherence to security protocols.
• Supervise and assess the performance of security staff, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Review incident reports and conduct investigations as necessary.
• Ensure that security equipment (e.g., CCTV, alarms, access control systems) is functional and properly maintained.
• Monitor client sites to assess vulnerabilities and recommend security improvements.
• Liaise with clients to address security concerns and ensure service satisfaction.
• Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services in case of incidents.
• Conduct training sessions for security personnel on updated procedures, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and the security agency's policies.

• Proven experience as a Security Inspector or in a similar supervisory role in the security industry.
• Must possess a valid Security Officer license (required).
• Strong understanding of security operations, risk management, and emergency protocols.
• Knowledge of local security regulations and legal requirements.
• Excellent observational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations and handle emergencies calmly.
• Proficiency in report writing and security incident documentation.

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Law Enforcement, or a related field is a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience in the security industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Must have a VALID SECURITY OFFICER LICENSE as required by local laws and regulations.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
