Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing products.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures for handling goods.
  • Maintain storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage principles; recommending improvements.
  • Keep equipment and machines operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; reporting and calling for repairs.
  • Ensure that overall warehouse and office space are tidy, clean, organized, and safe.

E-Commerce Fulfillment & Online Store Operations

  • Perform the fulfillment process for online orders and ensure they are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and promptly.
  • Implement quality control measures to guarantee the accuracy and condition of outgoing shipments.
  • Oversee and process for returned orders and merchandise, ensuring that they are properly received physically and recorded.

Inventory Management

  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure accuracy and prevent stockouts.
  • Implement inventory control procedures to track, record, and manage stock movements.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile any discrepancies.
  • Conduct quality checks on merchandise and appropriately segregate items that do not meet established standards. Provide recommendations for addressing these non-compliant items, exploring potential solutions to salvage or rectify the situation.
  • Ensure an organized and proper storage of merchandise – by brand, by category, by style, by color and sizes.

Logistics Coordination:

  • Coordinate with logistics partners to arrange shipping, transportation, and delivery or pull-out of merchandise or other company assets and supplies.
  • Monitor shipment and delivery schedules, track deliveries, and resolve any shipping issues or delays.
  • Optimize logistics processes to minimize costs while maintaining timely deliveries.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, orders, and shipments using relevant systems and processes.
  • Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, order fulfillment metrics, and inventory status.
  • Record and communicate to his/her superior all issues, concerns, and problems with recommendations to resolve the same, e.g. incident reports, customer commendations or complaints, etc.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in E-Commerce Fulfillment – At least 2 years of experience processing and fulfilling online orders from major marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, etc.) or online stores.
  • Industry Experience Preferred – Background in retail fashion, footwear, apparel, bags, or accessories is a plus.
  • Warehouse & Inventory Management – Skilled in stock handling, picking, packing, and shipping processes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Familiarity with Marketplace Systems – Proficient in using seller dashboards, order and inventory management systems.
  • Basic Computer Proficiency – Comfortable using spreadsheets, inventory management software, and online seller tools.
