Key Responsibilities
  • Providing level 2 support for critical applications to ensure prompt issue resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Designing and implementing automation solutions using Python scripting to enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
  • Developing and optimizing SQL queries and scripts for data extraction, transformation, and troubleshooting purposes.
  • Maintaining application performance, system logs, and alerts to proactively detect and resolve issues.
  • Documenting known issues, troubleshooting steps, and solutions in our knowledge base for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with at least 4 years of experience in level 2 application support or a similar role.
  • Strong expertise in Python scripting for automation and process optimization.
  • Proficiency in SQL scripting, query optimization, and database troubleshooting.
  • Experience with incident management tools and monitoring tools.
