Key Responsibilities:
  1. Treatments and Consultations: Conduct comprehensive consultations and administer a variety of aesthetic treatments to enhance guests' health and appearance.
  2. Staff Support: Collaborate with the Medi-Spa Sales Consultant to promote spa services, provide training, and support the sales team.
  3. Inventory Management: Manage medical product and supply inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and adhering to company policies.
  4. Reporting: Submit regular reports on revenue, inventory, and guest feedback to shore-side management.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Medical Background: Hold a medical degree from a recognized college or university and possess a valid medical license.
  • Clinical Expertise: Possess strong clinical knowledge in plastic surgery or dermatology, with experience in administering aesthetic treatments.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer knowledge and proficiency in English are essential for this role.
