As a Senior Operations Manager at Manpower Core Group Inc., you will be responsible for delivering high-quality client training programs while adhering to the company's training methodology. Your primary goal will be to facilitate training approach alignment and adherence to the company's on-boarding, New Hire Training, and A-Bay playbook requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct client program training and reinforcement training for new hires.
- Guide new employees in their A-bay training up to their nesting period.
- Responsible for consistently delivering high-quality client training programs.
- Facilitate training approach alignment and adherence to the company's on-boarding, New Hire Training, and A-Bay playbook requirements.
- Assist in the smooth integration of agents into Operations by supervising them via training courses and A-Bay.
- Responsible for administering training surveys at the conclusion of New Hire Training and A-Bay to measure and report on training effectiveness.
- Assesses training needs and learning styles.
- Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in call center operations and/or prior experience in customer service and training experience in a service industry required.
- BPO/call center experience preferred.
