Job Overview

The Hub Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our hub. This includes managing the flow of goods, coordinating with agency teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage Hub Operations: Oversee the daily activities of the hub, including parcel sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory management.
  2. Monitor Performance: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimize hub efficiency.
  3. Report and Analyze: Generate and review reports to provide insights into hub performance and recommend improvements.
  4. Support Customer Service: Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  5. Implement Process Improvements: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance hub productivity and efficiency.
  6. Handle Payments: Manage payment transactions and associated processes.
  7. Coordinate Teams: Work closely with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams and ensure seamless communication.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's Degree Holder
  • Logistics Experience: At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution. Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
  • Leadership Role: Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment.
  • Payments Processing: Experience in payments processing or similar function.
  • Microsoft Office: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
  • Cluster Assignment: Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster.
  • Shift Work: Able to do shift work depending on agreed team schedules.
  • Continuous Learning: Must have a continuous learning mindset; able to do administrative and other tasks in hub operations.
