**Monitoring and Incident Expert Role**

We're seeking an experienced Monitoring & Incident SRE to safeguard system uptime, build world-class observability, and drive reliability across our platform. This is a remote, high-impact, mission-critical position.

About the Role

As a senior DevOps Engineer with Observability & Reliability expertise, you'll take ownership of monitoring, alerting, and incident management for production systems. You'll design dashboards, build alerting pipelines, and use automation to reduce toil while ensuring system uptime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own monitoring, alerting, and incident management processes for production systems
  • Design and implement dashboards to visualize system performance and availability
  • Build and maintain alerting pipelines using various tools and technologies
  • Analyze system issues and develop solutions to prevent recurrence
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or IT Operations roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
  • Skilled in scripting for automation (Python, TypeScript, or Bash)
  • Experience running and improving incident response processes
  • Familiarity with distributed systems and cloud environments is a plus
