Do you have the expertise to shape technology infrastructure strategies for clients? We seek a highly skilled and strategic Consultant – SFDC Architect to support clients in developing and optimizing their technology infrastructure.
About this OpportunityThis is a fractional, remote opportunity requiring strong communication skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of revenue operations. As a Consultant, you will serve as both a strategic partner and hands-on practitioner, helping clients streamline their technology operations by aligning business processes with scalable systems - primarily within the Salesforce (SFDC) ecosystem.
Core Responsibilities- Collaborate with leadership to understand business goals, sales and marketing strategies, and operational needs.
- Translate high-level strategic objectives into technical requirements and actionable implementation plans.
- Architect, configure, and optimize Salesforce (SFDC) to align with client-specific technology processes.
- Implement and manage key integrations with tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clari, and CPQ platforms.
- Design scalable solutions for lead lifecycle management, opportunity tracking, ABM, and customer success workflows.
- Analyze existing technology processes, identify inefficiencies, and design streamlined, scalable workflows.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, process maps, and training materials to support user adoption.
- Establish Salesforce as a single source of truth for revenue data across the technology stack.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure clean data capture, proper attribution, and reliable reporting structures across systems.
- Provide training and enablement to client teams to ensure effective use and adoption of new systems and processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by offering guidance on system governance, best practices, and change management.
- 3-5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar role.
- Proven hands-on experience in Salesforce (Sales Cloud) configuration, optimization, and administration.
- Familiarity with related tools and integrations such as HubSpot, Marketo, Clari, CPQ systems, and data enrichment platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on complex data sets.
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM/reporting tools.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically within a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
