Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee the overall departmental functions at all times, encompassing manpower planning and inventory management, recruitment and selection processes, compensation and benefits administration, grievance handling, policy formulation, training and development initiatives, organizational development strategies, job evaluation and preparation of job descriptions, performance management, and other significant HR aspects.

Essential Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or an equivalent field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in the related field with expertise in handling all facets of Human Resources.
  • At least 5 years of experience in supervisory or managerial roles.
  • Strong background in Labor Standards and Labor Relations.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
