Job Description:

This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service through various communication channels.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • At least 3 years of customer support experience
  • Previous experience supporting SaaS products
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of CRM tools
