Principal Blockchain Engineer/Blockchain Architect

This role involves leading the development of cutting-edge on-chain asset management infrastructure.

  • Develop high-performance, production-grade smart contracts on the Solana blockchain with a focus on multisig infrastructure and transaction execution.
  • Create core on-chain components including proposal systems, voting mechanisms, and asset management protocols that enable composability across the Solana ecosystem.

We're looking for a technical lead to define the future of on-chain asset management on Solana. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 5 years in software development with at least 2 years of experience in building smart contracts on Solana using Rust.
  • Strong understanding of smart accounts, digital asset management, and multi-sig architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and reason about complex state machines, proposal logic, and secure transaction orchestration.
