Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Action Specialist to join our team in Asset Servicing. The successful candidate will be responsible for data scrubbing, entitlement monitoring, managing elections and processing corporate action events in an accurate and timely manner.
About the Role
- Assist in preparing market information reports (MIs) and participate in business governance calls.
- Work closely with clients to obtain timely responses and/or elections from fund managers.
- Submit responses and/or elections on time and ensure instructions are received and accepted by custodian banks.
- Perform quality checks on processed corporate events.
- Complete checklists as required.
- Verify entitlements with custodian banks for daily corporate action events.
- Process trades and corporate action events accurately and on time.
- Adhere to existing processes and procedures, recommending improvements where necessary.
- Participate in system transitions and process transformations.
- Support the team as needed and participate in training programs to ensure continuity of service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
