  • Job Title: Senior Accountant
About the Role

The Senior Accountant is a key member of our team responsible for financial reliability in all reporting aspects of general accounting and financial analysis. This role requires analytical and critical thinking, a sense of urgency in completing deliverables, and an ability to work at a fast pace.

Responsibilities
  • Supports Financial Controller in financial management functions to include report generation and analysis on variances, order and revenue by vertical market, GM report, AOP reports, etc., to assess the financial health of the company.
  • Lead the preparation of monthly account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with financial reporting standards.
  • Determine standard costs, investigate variances, monitor project costs spending, and implement improved revenue cycle processes and procedures.
  • Drive timely and accurate processing of transactional activities to be used in management decision making.
  • Review policies / conduct regular policy assessments, identify areas for improvement and recommend actions to improve financial procedures.
  • Support, manage and facilitate external/internal audit and tax statutory filing.
  • Other ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must be a Certified Public Accountant with 5 years minimum relevant experience in Finance.
  • Knowledge in financial operating system; proficiency in MS Excel is required.
  • Able to solve complex problems. Integrates and interprets data from diverse sources to find solutions.
