Business Operations Analyst Role Summary

This Business Operations Analyst position plays a vital role in the successful implementation of customers on our Utility Management products.

The Onboarding Specialist collects deliverables from clients, validates content, and conducts scheduling and handoff to the consulting team.

They are responsible for accurate backlog management and order forecasting. Key performance indicators include timely delivery of implementations and maintaining open communication with stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with customers to schedule new product/service implementations
  • Validate customer-provided information to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Deliver a consistent customer-focused experience
  • Meet or exceed deadlines for project completion
  • Partner with Sales, Implementations, and Account Management teams to support activations
  • Accurately forecast project timelines and update backlog consistently
  • Identify and escalate potential issues or risks related to project implementations
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in software development, utility management, or multifamily property management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical abilities to distill key points from complex data
  • High attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Effective organization and time management skills
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Customer-facing experience with excellent service skills
  • Ability to work extended hours as needed
