Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process requests using the Zendesk Ticketing System.
  • Review Certificates of Insurance (COI) to verify accuracy.
  • Identify and address missing or incorrect information on forms.
  • Perform data entry to ensure completeness of insurance records.
  • Close tickets in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum one year of experience in data entry or data processing.
  • Knowledge of various insurance types.
  • Strong understanding of Certificates of Insurance (COI).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
