Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Installation Coordinator to join our team and assist in the installation and maintenance of our network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with superiors and IT staff to coordinate job orders for main trouble issues.
  • Conduct inspections and repairs of Network Access Points (NAP) to ensure optimal network performance.
  • Troubleshoot and fix any NAP-related issues promptly to minimize service disruptions.
  • Identify areas outside the company's current coverage and conduct surveys to assess feasibility for expansion.
  • Take the lead in setting up live programs for the company, ensuring seamless integration and operation.
  • Respond to fiber cut incidents and other fiber-related issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in infrastructure installation and maintenance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
