Proposal Builder

We are seeking an experienced Bid Consultant to join our team. As an integral part of the Cloud Solutions & Innovation Center, your mission will be to assist with the creation of services proposals and bids globally.

You will partner with Solution architects and Services sales teams globally to understand scope and opportunity, effectively interact with customers to identify functional scope of the solution, create services proposals ('bids') to implement Infor solutions globally, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of estimation tools, methodologies, and templates.

Additionally, you will own and maintain content in identified repositories to make the process of bid creation more efficient, work flexibly on timings/shifts to match the requirements of other regions, and communicate effectively with internal clients as well as customers.

• Experience in building proposals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Customer-oriented approach
• Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills

• ERP or industry-related experience
