About the Position

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on underlying issues and fix root causes.
  • Maintain customer relationships by responding timely and accurately to both internal and external inquiries.
  • Efficiently manage disputes and issues through proactive coordination with vendors and internal teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years graduate certificate.
  • Amicable to taking inbound and outbound calls and, if necessary, working overtime.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Flexible to work in a shifting schedule.
