Job Title: Information Risk Management Executive

We are looking for an experienced executive to lead our information risk management function at UNIQLO. The successful candidate will have expertise in information security governance, compliance, risk assessment, and awareness.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain information security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that information security is integrated into all business processes and systems.
  4. Provide training and awareness programs to employees on information security best practices.
  5. Manage and monitor the implementation of information security controls and measures.
  6. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in information security and recommend changes to improve our security posture.

QUALIFICATIONS

Technical skills:

  • Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in information security governance, risk and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in information risk assessment and compliance needs.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in information security frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in applicable laws, regulations, and standards relating to security and data privacy.
  • Good understanding of information security governance frameworks such as ISO27001 (and ISO27701 framework, etc.).
  • Understanding and ability of risk analysis for cyber threats (Preferred).
  • Other technical and/or security certifications preferred (e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP, SANS, GIAC, etc.) (Preferred).

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Educational Background: BS or MS degree in IT, Security or Computer Science.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively and manage tasks/projects to completion.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Highly motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Language Proficiency Level: Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to conduct business process analysis.
