**Service Delivery Expertise**

WeSource Management Consultancy Firm is seeking an experienced Enterprise Service Delivery Expert to join our team.

This role involves developing the Operations Enablement service catalogue to further improve service delivery, driving continuous improvement initiatives and optimizing business application service operations.

  • This position requires an individual with experience in leading small to mid-sized projects related to operations.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, 5+ years of experience in a similar role, and proficiency in relational databases (SQL Server/PostgresDB) using SQL.

Additional requirements include proven experience with Incident and Problem Management, knowledge of cloud services such as AWS (certification is a plus), and familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (Qlik).

Preferred skills include experience in programming languages such as Java and/or Python, collaboration and project tools like Jira and Confluence, and background in ServiceNow.

  • A strong understanding of Enterprise Agile Frameworks, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure are also essential.
