About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity to work on a high-profile project that requires expertise in full-stack development, AI, and compliance. As a senior full-stack engineer, you will be responsible for building and deploying complex applications while leveraging cutting-edge technologies to maximize efficiency and code quality.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong background in Python (Flask) and React. You will also need to be familiar with Celery for async task management and have strong communication skills to manage your own time and unblock sprint delivery.

This is a hands-on IC role that requires autonomy and ownership. You will be working independently, but syncing with team leads and product teams as needed. The project is focused on sprint support and feature delivery, with an initial duration of 3 months and a potential extension.

You will be part of a remote-first team that values delivery over drama. The company is fully remote, with a global reach and a preference for PH/EMEA time overlap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shipping reliable, production-grade code in Python (Flask) and React
  • Supporting sprint milestones by building, optimizing, and maintaining platform features
  • Integrating with backend task orchestration using Celery and AI-driven workflows using Crew AI
Requirements
