About the Role:

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of sanitation and safety procedures.
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage daily sales reports, updating records in a timely manner to ensure accurate tracking and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify areas for improvement, driving continuous quality enhancement.
  • Perform cashiering duties efficiently, handling cash transactions and ensuring secure storage of sales proceeds.
  • Assist with training and development activities as requested, promoting knowledge sharing and skill-building within the team.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards, upholding the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in customer service and food preparation.
  • Ability to multitask, manage requests effectively, and maintain a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cohesive team.
