Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience in time tracking, scheduling, and absence requirements within complex multi-business unionized environments.


The ideal candidate will have a background working with UKG Dimensions, UKG Pro WFM, or other similar time and attendance applications involving complex time and attendance scenarios.


About the Role
  • Lead workshops to capture business requirements and system processes
  • Develop requirements documents, specifications, process flows, data mapping, and diagrams for developers and testers to follow
  • Work with Solution Architects to translate business requirements into technical specifications

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:


  • Identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing business and functional requirements
  • Developing, documenting, and executing test cases to ensure the overall quality assurance process
  • Maintaining our Time and Attendance systems to ensure employees are paid in alignment with our pay policies and practices

The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and communication between the business and IT teams.
