Job Description:
Sosa JB Property Management Corp. is currently seeking a skilled Technician - Plumbing to join our team. The ideal candidate will work in BGC, Taguig, and be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building's technical services.

Responsibilities:
Perform hands-on technical tasks as instructed by the on-site immediate superior
Conduct regular inspections of all building plants, equipment, and common area facilities
Execute instructions regarding technical services that require immediate attention
Ensure equipment operation adheres to energy management and conservation programs
Operate and monitor water pumps, exhaust systems, air-conditioning systems, lighting systems, generators, and other property/building equipment
Sanitize assigned equipment rooms
Monitor preventive maintenance conducted by third-party contractors
Attend to unit owners', tenants', and clients' service calls and requests
Implement troubleshooting activities to rectify equipment defects
Report noted defects and unfamiliar conditions to the on-site immediate superior

Requirements:
A graduate of a Technical or Vocational course
At least 2 years of related work experience, preferably in the same industry
Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Detection and Prevention Systems
Safe working methods knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
