At Allegiant Security Agency Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and vigilant Security Guardian to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining a safe and secure environment.

**About the Role:**

The Security Guardian will be responsible for patrolling premises, monitoring security systems, including cameras and alarms, managing entry and exit points, and responding to emergencies. Additionally, they will maintain logs and daily activities, providing excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Patrol premises to detect and prevent unauthorized access or suspicious activity
• Monitor security systems, including cameras and alarms, to ensure timely responses to potential threats
• Manage entry and exit points, ensuring that all personnel and visitors have the necessary clearance
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, such as evacuations or medical emergencies
• Maintain accurate and detailed logs of daily activities and incidents
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees, addressing their concerns and needs in a professional and courteous manner

**Requirements:**

To be successful as a Security Guardian, you will need:

• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of security protocols and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**What We Offer:**

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
