About the Role

This Senior Legal Counsel will be responsible for all aspects of work in the Legal Services Division by providing legal expertise and support to the company in various legal matters primarily related to the business and commercial aspects of the company.

The ideal candidate will possess a Professional License (Bar/Professional License Exam) in Law and have at least 5-7 years experience in corporate legal practice, preferably in a law firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and guidance to the company on various matters
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform legal decisions
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance
  • Liaise with external parties to resolve issues and achieve company objectives

Requirements:

  • At least 5-7 years experience in corporate legal practice, preferably in a law firm
  • Professional License (Bar/Professional License Exam) in Law
  • Experience in PPP (Public Private Practice)
