Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a Regulatory Affairs Manager - Pharma to join our client, a pharmaceutical company focused on developing and marketing medications.
The successful candidate will lead and manage regulatory affairs activities, ensuring compliance with local regulations for pharmaceutical products.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory applications and maintain product registrations.
- Manage one direct report, providing guidance and support for team performance.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, local regulatory bodies, and product lifecycle management in the Philippines.
- Proven experience in managing regulatory submissions and negotiations with regulatory authorities.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in managing and developing a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Detail-oriented and proactive.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
