Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to create data-driven features that empower users to understand and improve employee engagement.
- Work closely with Engineering, DevOps, and IT Security teams to ensure our platform is robust, scalable, and secure.
- Work with Customer Success to ensure customer success.
- Champion high-quality software engineering practices, including planning, implementation, test automation, documentation, code reviews, scaling, performance, metrics, logging, and monitoring.
- Evaluate and implement cloud-based services to enhance our platform's capabilities, efficiency, and scalability.
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience developing and scaling web applications, preferably in SaaS and cloud-based environments.
- Experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL or similar relational databases (non-relational databases a plus).
- Familiarity with agile software development processes for building distributed systems, Android applications, and/or e-commerce platforms.
- Self-driven to tackle challenges head-on and achieve goals.
- Able to troubleshoot complex systems problems, debug, and find root causes.
- Excel at working in small, dynamic, groups.
