About the Role

As a Chief Financial Operations Manager with Partners Group Prime Services Solutions (Phils) Inc, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of accounting and delivering comprehensive financial reporting for management, regulatory bodies, and for statutory purposes across multiple geographical locations.

The Finance Asia Group Accounting team ensures timely and accurate completion of accounting closing activities (monthly, quarterly, annually) including review of accounting reports submission. You will oversee team's interim and year-end audit in accordance with local GAAP / IFRS.

About the Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, CPA or other relevant accounting professional qualifications. A minimum of 10+ years of experience in similar positions is required. Experience in external audit with Big 4 firms and managing a team of 2-3 people or more are preferable.

You should be a reliable and trustworthy individual with good analytical skills and ability to pay excellent attention to detail and adhere to strict deadlines. Self-motivation and adaptability in a growing and changing environment are essential. Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams/departments and effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders are necessary.

Experience in a shared services environment and using ERP systems (SAP) is a must. Independently leading process improvement via Lean principles is preferable. Working in a global environment would be an added advantage.
