**Job Overview**
Credit and Collection Apprentice Program
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Apprentice to join our team in the Credit and Collection department. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and practical knowledge in credit management and collections.
Responsibilities
- Assist in various administrative tasks within the Credit and Collection department, including document management, financial documentation preparation, and reconciliation processes.
- Gain experience in preparing deposit slips for collected payments and consolidate collection receipts.
- Develop skills in consolidating and checking missing certificates of withholding tax, working collaboratively with team members to ensure accurate reconciliation.
- Understand the importance of archiving documents related to collected receivables and learn to organize and maintain archived documents for easy access during audits and other inquiries.
- Support the team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, assisting with administrative tasks as assigned by the Team Leader or Business Controller.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with coursework in finance, accounting, or a related field a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial documents, good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, no prior experience required but previous administrative or clerical experience beneficial.

Program Details
- Durations: 6 months.

Estimated Salary: PHP 25,000 - PHP 35,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
