Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled End User Security Engineer to join our team at Comrise. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational engineering and support against global End User Computing platforms, with a specific focus on security solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working with EUC Operations and Info Sec Operations to maintain and administer endpoint security controls and policies, focusing on day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and reporting.
  • You will identify engineering operational improvements, articulate them to platform owners, and deliver improvement programs that drive business value.
  • A key aspect of the role is maintaining an information security focus through risk mitigation and data loss prevention practices. This includes engaging in investigations to address identified vulnerabilities in end-user platforms and managing the deployment of appropriate fixes.
  • The successful candidate will also work closely with Information Security teams to ensure speedy responses to the latest threats, participate in producing quality reporting showing the status of the global workstations estate against required security SLAs and KPIs, and create high-quality technical documentation and training materials.
  • This role requires ensuring the smooth operation of monthly patching cycles on MS platforms and third-party systems, assisting in developing and maturing associated patch and vulnerability processes, and providing relevant data and evidence to internal and external audit teams as needed.
  • The ideal candidate will also assist with management and regular review of WTW compliance against industry benchmarks, run regular pen tests against owned systems and processes, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an EUC Engineer
  • Experience with SCCM, Intune, AD, Group Policies, Windows 10/11, MS Defender for Endpoint
  • Experience with scripting languages
  • Experience with patch management and vulnerability remediation
